Scott A. Hall is a partner at Carney & Appleby, PLC. Scott’s practice is centered around property rights. He practices in all areas of real estate, probate, estate planning, business, and civil litigation. Scott routinely balances both transactional matters and trial work. He is engaged in nearly every area of the law from personal injury and medical malpractice litigation to subrogation claims to business and property transactions both basic and complex. Scott’s background in business, research and writing, and trial work has allowed him to advocate for clients in many different venues with purpose and professionalism. Scott joined the Advisory board in July 2014.
