Christopher Sackett is an Attorney with Brown Winick Attorneys at Law. He is the firm's Managing Partner and is actively involved in the firm's Business and Corporate Law, Securities, Agribusiness, Renewable Energy and Real Estate practice groups. He represents numerous and diverse clients in corporate/mergers and acquisitions, business and transactional matters, and financing and capital formation, and assists with many other legal concerns.
Chris' practice focuses primarily on domestic and international business, transactional, corporate and securities matters, including: organization/formation/startup and management issues; debt and equity financing including public and private securities offerings; mergers and acquisitions; joint ventures; real estate transactions; manufacturing and supply chain transactions; and franchise/dealer/distributor issues.
Because most of his clients view him as "general counsel", Chris frequently works with other attorneys at BrownWinick to provide a full range of legal services.
Chris prides himself on his ability to "partner" with clients and add value by taking a practical, results-oriented approach and viewing each engagement from a businessperson's perspective. He believes one of the keys to providing the best legal representation is knowing a client's specific business, industry and strategic plan. Chris joined the Advisory board in April 2018.
