Easy to submit a request Want to join forces for good?
We regularly hear from local groups seeking sponsorships and donations. These partnerships go to the heart of who we are as a community-focused bank. If you represent an organization or affiliation and would like to make a formal request to LSB for a sponsorship or donation, your request must be accompanied by one of the forms below.
- If you are not a 501(c)(3) or if you are requesting less than $250, please use the Donation/Sponsorship Form.
- If your organization has the 501(c)(3) designation and you are requesting $250 or more, please use the LSB Foundation Grant Application.
