Randy shares our passion to support Iowa’s rural businesses and communities and brings one-of-a-kind experience that will help make a larger impact.

During his 30-year career with USDA Rural Development, Randy served as the Iowa Business and Cooperative Program Director in addition to performing rural development assignments in Ethiopia, Honduras, Moldova, Russia, Ukraine and serving with NATO civilian and military partners doing reconstruction in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Randy plans to use his expertise to help stand up a state and nationwide USDA Guaranteed Lending effort at LSB, where he amplifies the commitment to supporting America’s roots.
