Jessica Manfull has been promoted to Assistant Branch Manager for Lincoln Savings Bank (LSB) at the Lincoln & Garwin branches. In 2016 she began working in the financial industry as a Customer Service Associate and Personal Banker at the Tama branch before being promoted.
Through her new role as Assistant Branch Manager, she will oversee bank services such as ensuring excellence, supervising staff, and providing customer service to both current and prospective customers. Transitioning from the Tama branch to the Lincoln & Garwin communities she is excited to help build two strong communities, and the ability to cultivate relationships with new and existing customers.
“I am looking forward to being there for our customers and helping them celebrate milestones, from a new car loan for the first-time driver to making sure they are covered and ready for retirement,” said Manfull.
From Tama-Toledo, Manfull graduated from South Tama Community School in 2010 and studied Liberal Arts at Kirkwood Community College. She enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, spending time at her cabin in Minnesota, and watching the Hawkeye’s and Cubs. She is married to her husband, Shane, and has two boys named Riley and Nathan.
