Board of Lincoln Bancorp Announces Officer Changes

Leadership remains strong as board members assume new roles.

CEDAR FALLS, IA – The Board of Lincoln Bancorp is pleased to announce the appointment of Sally Hollis as its Chairperson and David Deeds as its Vice-Chairperson. Mike Peterson remains in the position of Secretary. "Board leadership is in good hands with Sally, David, and Mike," said President and CEO of Lincoln Saving Bank Erik Skovgard.

The Board is comprised of local professionals who are dedicated to positioning Lincoln Savings Bank for success while considering the interests of customers, employees, and shareholders. Board members support the bank's commitment to strengthening Iowa communities.

"We are forever grateful to Milt Dakovich, who served on our board since 2000 before passing away in February," Skovgard states. "Jeff Dralle, who joined the board in 1998, was Vice- Chairperson and will be retiring in the spring of 2023," he concludes.

About Sally Hollis

Ms. Hollis joined the Board of Directors in 2017. She holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Iowa State University and an MBA from the University of Northern Iowa. Ms. Hollis is part-owner of Lanehaven Farms, Inc., a Waterloo, Iowa-based agricultural farm that produces commercial and seed corn, soybeans, and raises hogs.

About David Deeds

Mr. Deeds joined the Board of Directors in 2016. He received his bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Northern Iowa and his MBA from the University of Kansas. He serves as the President of JSA Development, LLC in Waterloo, Iowa. Mr. Deeds is also an instructor of accounting and an EY Faculty Fellow at the University of Northern Iowa.

About Mike Peterson

Mr. Peterson has served on the Board of Directors since 2010. He earned a B.S. in business administration and construction management from Mankato State University. Mr. Peterson is a project manager and the Assistant Treasurer for Peterson Contractors, Inc., located in Reinbeck, Iowa.
